After your successful apprenticeship, you will be given the opportunity of a permanent position and can develop step by step in our company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
Apprenticeship as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician
In the workshop, you will work on our modern fleet of over 700 different models and deepen your skills in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics and electronics. An experienced technical team will be on hand to help you with any questions or problems you may have.
Apprenticeship as a management assistant for office management
As a sales apprentice, you will support our dispatchers and sales team in the acquisition and support of customers as well as in the organization of customer projects. In doing so, you will learn how to deal with customer companies and further develop your communication skills. You will also gain an insight into the commercial processes of the company.
Apprenticeship as a professional driver
As part of our team of drivers, you will be responsible for delivering working platforms to our customers safely and on time. You will be instructed in the operation of the machines and learn how to load and unload them onto the truck. Here, too, experienced colleagues will be at your side to support you and give you valuable tips.
Dual program of study at the DHBW Stuttgart
With a dual study program at DHBW Stuttgart, you can combine practical experience with theoretical knowledge. Within three years, you will get to know all areas of our modern corporate headquarters in Stuttgart. At the same time, you will attend university lectures in the respective course of your study program during the theoretical phases. The prerequisite for this exciting training program is a successful high school diploma (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) as well as a good dose of interest and enthusiasm for our extraordinary branch of industry.

A framework that leaves nothing to be desired

We ensure this with a systematic induction, a mentoring program and a mateco-specific training plan. In addition, there are regular celebrations and events (within the team and especially for our apprentices).
Possibility to shorten the apprenticeship
As a rule, apprenticeship at mateco lasts three years. Particularly motivated apprentices with high school diplomas can shorten this period by half a year.
A multifaceted everyday life
No matter which profession you learn with us, you will certainly not be bored. In the course of your apprenticeship, you will get to know very different areas of the company and a wide range of projects.
