Training for industrial truck operators

Even in a modern warehouse or freight forwarding company, safety has top priority, e.g. when using forklift trucks (industrial trucks).

  • Reduction of equipment malfunctions caused by incorrect operation

Prerequisites for participation in the StaplerCard training course:

  • Completion of the 18th year of age*
  • Physical and mental aptitude 
  • Knowledge of written and spoken German**

* Exceptions are trainees who are under constant supervision (in accordance with DGUV-G 308-001).

** Training can be carried out with an interpreter.

The StaplerCard training takes place as a two-day seminar and requires no previous practical knowledge. At mateco, the training is carried out in accordance with DGUV principle 308-001. On request, the mateco Academy also offers you the option of completing the theoretical part as a webinar via Microsoft Teams.

The theory part covers the following topics:

  • Forklift trucks and their drive types
  • Special features of the areas of application
  • Behaviour in the event of damage, accidents and fires
  • Additional equipment and its use
  • Relevant accident prevention regulations

The practical part deals with the following topics:

  • Familiarisation with the forklift truck (industrial truck)
  • Driving exercises with and without a load 
  • Picking up and setting down loads 

The following list price applies to our StaplerCard training course:

  • StaplerCard: € 570 per person (two-day training course)

The price applies to registrations from Germany plus VAT. Additional costs may be incurred for ancillary services.
